MSN Search Excluding Paid Search Advertisers from Natural

Did you know your position in natural search results could be adversely affected by a paid search listing? Weeks ago Microsoft filed a patent with which their search algorithm could filter the organic results to remove any duplicate listings (two domains pointing to the same website). adCenter just introduced Microsoft Content Ads, their version of contextual advertising, which displays relevant ads from search into the content within MSN. According to the adCenter blog, the release (in beta) will be expanded with most ads now running in Health & Fitness, Money, Tech & Gadgets, and Travel and though similar to Google AdSense
